Corporate Tax Advisory Manager

One of our long-standing clients has asked us to assist with helping them to find a CTA or ACA/ACCA qualified Corporate Tax Advisory Manager. The role can be based in either their Bristol or Southampton team and offers hybrid working 2-3 days a week.

The client base is broad, including growing, entrepreneurial businesses, as well as established corporates. They include firms in the real estate, financial services, not for profit and technology sectors.

This is very much a client-facing role, where you will assist experienced Partners with the provision of ad hoc tax planning advice. Projects will include advising on the tax implications of acquisitions, disposals, group restructuring, capital allowances and property transactions.

You are likely to be CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified, and will have already gained some experience of Corporate Tax Advisory work. Experience of advising OMBs and their owners on a range of tax issues is important, as well as the willingness and ability to broaden your tax knowledge.
