Job Description - Corporate Tax Assistant Manager

• Prepare and review complex tax returns and reports, ( including transfer pricing & corporate interest restrictions )
• Corporate tax compliance for portfolio of large SME clients with turnovers well above the audit threshold
• Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and guidelines
• Lead and develop a team of tax professionals
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the tax department
• Keep up-to-date with the latest changes in tax legislation and industry trends
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Profile

A successful Corporate Tax Assistant Manager should have:

• Professional qualification (CTA/ATT/ACA/ACCA)
• Proven experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice
• Strong knowledge of UK Corporate Tax laws and HMRC regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
