Morgan McKinley is supporting a fast growing, international business based in Bristol to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager.

The Role This is a newly created role which will offer broad exposure to various areas of Corporate Tax work, specifically encompassing compliance, reporting and project work. From a reporting perspective, you will be responsible for preparing the Group's tax note for consolidated reporting under IFRS, including the annual financial statements, interim reporting and variance analysis. In relation to Tax Compliance, you will prepare the Group's Transfer Pricing documentation, including drafting corporate tax technical notes and managing the Group's withholding tax on the Group's financing facility. There will also be an opportunity to get involved in project work around tax processes and wider business projects. The Person To be considered for this role you will be a Qualified Accountant or Tax Advisor, with strong tax technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. You might be working in practice or already in industry, and a track record in Corporate Tax is essential, including ideally some exposure to cross-border tax issues.
