Corporate Tax Manager - Energy Team

My client is a leading advisory. They are hiring a Corporate Tax Manager to join their Energy focused team to provide tax advisory services to major multinational clients within the enrgy sector.

• Provide expertise in international and UK tax advisory, major corporate transactions, and tax audit support.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and contribute to the delivery of tax services.
• Manage and lead engagements, working closely with client teams.
• Collaborate on special projects within project teams.
• Work on M&A and transaction projects

Requirements:

• UK professional qualification (e.g. ACA, CTA, solicitor) or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in UK Corporate Tax advisory, especially in complex transactions. Experience in international tax would be highly advantageous.
• Previous experience of energy sector is desirable but not essential.
• Proven track record in relationship-building with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in project management and delegation within a team context.
• Commitment to self-development and team growth.
