This is a varied and interesting role, and the successful candidate will act for a wide range of clients, from large companies to SMEs. Key areas of responsibility will include corporate and commercial matters, such as investments, M&A and restructuring, commercial contracts and date protection.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, ideally gained within a similar role at a well-established firm or in-house environment. This role offers the opportunity for career growth, as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.
