Councillor Development Adviser L&D

My client in Central London is looking to appoint a talented Councillor Development Adviseron a Contract basis.

The role will lead the design and implementation of a new approach to member / Councillor Development.

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

• Deliver a complete learning needs analysis
• Design a Councillor Development strategy
• Implement and deliver a Councillor Development programme
• Draw on best practices published by the LGA and fulfilling the requirements of the LGA's Councillor Development Charter

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Expertise in learning and development
• Previous experience working with councillors and senior officers
• Previous project management experience
• Local Authority experience is extremely beneficial

What's on offer:

• Salary: £500 per day (Inside IR35)

*negotiable based on experience
