You will be an experienced Counselling Supervisor who is accountable and responsible within their own practice. You will actively engage in your own Clinical Supervision process, modeling Reflective Practice in your own work. You will work at depth and support our workers to do the same. You will be motivated to offer an excellent service for all you encounter within the context of the role.
You will work on a self-employed basis offering your agreed caseload of workers up to 10 x one-hour sessions per annum at agreed time and venue. You will be paid £60.00 per one-hour session
You will support the Senior Management team in quarterly review meetings. You will be paid £15 per hour for attending this meeting.

Key Deliverables
· To provide Reflective Practice space to Early Break workers on a 1:1 and/or group basis
· To take responsibility for the scheduling of appointments with individual workers and/or groups of workers
· To liaise with individual workers to ensure that Reflective Practice space is offered on the basis of one hour on a six weekly basis or so that workers receive ten supervision sessions per annum and to offer additional supervision sessions to be negotiated with the workers Line Manager when requested
· To keep accurate records of the Reflective Practice work with Service workers on the agreed Early Break recording sheets and in line with Data Protection including an annual review undertaken with the worker on their engagement in Reflective Practice
· To liaise with the Chief Executive and named Senior Management regarding any issues which give rise to concern as regards individual workers. Bringing any issues which may relate to the safety of both workers and/or clients in line with internal Early Break Safeguarding policy
· To maintain professional standards in keeping with the relevant Codes of Ethics and Practice of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy balanced with the context of delivering Reflective Practice in the Early Break Company where additional policy and procedures are in place.
· To contribute to the development of the Early Break Reflective Practice framework, taking particular attention to external influences such as emerging National Guidance and outcomes from recognised Safeguarding Forums
· To attend the Supervisors for Reflective Practice meetings with Senior Management where input to thematic issues will be undertaken as they arise in service
· To support workers’ understanding of Reflective Practice service through the one to one Reflective Practice sessions and through contributing to whole service training where applicable
· Ensure you have relevant insurance for practice to be shared with the organisation on a yearly basis or as changes occur
