Responsibilities
- Evaluation of defects (from defect reports or components).
- Creation of dispositions in the NC system, if necessary, transfer of disposition tasks to engineering if a required disposition cannot be determined.
- Monitoring and, if necessary, escalation for compliance with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA - Corrective Action Preventive Action).
- Monitoring and, if necessary, escalation to ensure compliance with the correct information (required
activities) within the NC workflow to ensure proper completion of the defect report (NCR). - Monitoring the time management and sustainability of quality actions and tasks.
- Carrying out training on the defect reporting system (Workflow Manager function).
- Creation and maintenance of KPI reports.
Requirements
- 3 years of specialised training.
- Professional experience in a technical field.
- Experience in working with MS Office and SAP.
- As an NC Coordinator (m/f/d), you must have good communication skills.
- A team player and have an awareness of quality.
- Fluent in German and have a good level of English.
- Valid EU working rights.
