Courier Driver

Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Courier Driver. As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to various locations in a timely and efficient manner. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently drive a van or other commercial vehicle to deliver packages and documents
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle
- Communicate with customers to ensure accurate delivery information
- Collect payments, if required
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate delivery records
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking oil levels and tire pressure

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Strong organizational skills to manage delivery schedules
- Ability to lift heavy packages, up to [insert weight limit] pounds
- Familiarity with local roads and routes is a plus
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Please note that this is a self employed position.

Van + fuel + uniform will be provided to your job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £116.48-£135.20 per day
