ROLLO is an independent restaurant and wine bar with fantastic cocktails and a tapas inspired menu that roams around the globe for flavours.

We opened our doors in 2013 and have a huge amount of regulars who love what we do.

We really pride ourselves on brilliant service and fantastic fresh food and as a team we are constantly refreshing our ideas and always striving to deliver an outstanding experience.

Our menu doesn’t sit in any one country of cuisine so we can take inspiration from absolutely anywhere!

ROLLO is a wonderful kitchen to be as creative as you would like so this position would suit someone who is hungry to make their mark on the Edinburgh food scene or even suit a sous chef who is ready to take that step forward.

ROLLO is a small team so this position is a very hands on position. You will work closely with your team and must be familiar with working in a fast paced kitchen whilst being able to deliver to a very a high standard.

You will be responsible for completing kitchen paperwork and always to the correct standard, ensuring stock checks are completed and making sure your kitchen team are all following the high standard of hygiene and safety that is already implicated.

What are we looking for?

• A minimum 2 years of Kitchen Management experience
• Ability to follow and implicate our specifications and hygiene standards
• Great organisational skills
• A positive and enthusiastic person who is able to motivate others and lead a team with respect
• Someone who is driven to be creative and think outside the box
• Someone who can train and elevate the level of other staff members

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £36,000.00 per year
