Description

As a Court of Protection NQ/Solicitor/Associate you will be dealing with the full range of Court of Protection matters including:

Deputyships Applications to the Court Litigation support and expert witness drafting Looking after an elderly relative's property and financesActing as an Attorney
Acting as a Trustee Selling a property when the joint owner has lost capacity Signing or ending a tenancy agreement Overseas or expat supportGuardianship (Missing Persons) Act
