The department
The firm has a large team split across the department for Mental Health and Court of Protection work. It has a very strong team ethos and all members work collaboratively to support one another. This role will also give you access to a support team member to assist with administrative side of the caseload.
The role
This is a Court of Protection Solicitor role which has arisen due to expansion, and as such, the firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its busy Mental Health department, dealing mainly with legal aid cases concerning health and welfare decisions.
The person
To be considered you must be a Court of Protection Solicitor, ideally with some knowledge of the Mental Health Act. The firm is open to seeing anybody from 3 years’ PQE upwards. Being a team player is key to this role!
