About the role
The Successful Court of Protection Solicitor / Associate will gain exposure to a broad mix of working including:
Deputyship services Applications for lifetime gifting/IHT planning Applications for statutory wills and expert witness reports for deputyship costs in litigation matters Ongoing administration of financial affairs of individuals who lack mental capacity
About the person
Given the nature of the work, you will be a UK qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Court of Protection matters.
You will be personable and able to handle a caseload that is sensitive in nature and will be able to assist the vulnerable and elderly in ensuring their rights are adequately protected and that their affairs of handled in the most appropriate way possible.
