Court of Protection Solicitor - Birmingham£48,000 - £65,000My client, a national law firm is actively seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their Birmingham team. In this role you will provide legal counsel, primarily focusing on Mental Capacity Law. Therefore, experience and expertise in this area is paramount.This team comprises a total of 14 lawyers located across various offices throughout the UK. You will have the opportunity to join a smaller team consisting of three lawyers in the Midlands. Together, you'll work cohesively to bolster the client base and the firm's presence in the Midlands region. This role is particularly good for those that relish the business development aspect of their role.As one of the inaugural members of the Birmingham team, you'll have the chance to make an impact on the team's direction and progress swiftly in your career. The salary will be commensurate with experience (DOE), with newly qualified solicitors typically starting at £48,000.
