Court of Protection Solicitor

You : A qualified fee earner looking to progress your career within the niche area of law that is Court of Protection. You should be absolutely well versed in client care and be an organised, approachable professional who can communicate with people at all levels

The role : Joining an already strong Private Client team you will take on a specialist Court of Protection caseload and will have previous experience , ideally 2 + PQE at solicitor or legal executive level. As well as a majority Court of Protection caseload you will also pick up a smattering of wills, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney work.
