Creative Account Manager
Job Overview
Working in conjunction with the Head of the Account Team you will be responsible for the end to end process for our client. Managing projects from client brief to handover of final files to the artwork agency.
The role requires a high level of data and process management skills with a key focus on customer service.
General Overview
Project Planning
Planning and briefing of projects Management of multiple projects against client timelines and SLAs Forecasting Provide regular status updates to design management team Collation of all project assets Client Stakeholder Management
Develop and maintain excellent client relationships Liaise with key stakeholders including artwork agencies and photographers ensuring deadlines are understood and that all information is delivered on time and accurately Work as an extension of the clients team Be approachable, willing to listen and solve problems Internal Management
Tracking of project updates and capturing changes Resourcing requirements Brief creation, including booking in amends via central Hub system Studio relationships - providing clear and concise communication Finance process Skills & Experience
Strong administrative skills Ability to multitask and prioritise Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Attention to detail Flexible and adaptable Team player - with a proactive approach Approachable and friendly Knowledge of design, packaging, retail and brand beneficial
