Role Overview:
You'll be an integral part of our client's team, collaborating closely with the Account Director and creative professionals to deliver exceptional projects for their esteemed clients. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, from managing budgets and schedules to cultivating client relationships and supporting new business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Account Director to develop and execute brand strategies
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Oversee projects from conception to delivery, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
- Prepare compelling presentation materials for client pitches and meetings
- Attend and contribute to client meetings, representing the agency professionally
- Handle financial aspects of campaigns, from budgeting to invoicing
- Cultivate relationships with both existing and prospective clients
- Support sales, marketing, and business development efforts through active participation in pitches and proposals
- Skillfully manage and incorporate client feedback into project deliverables
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account handling or client-facing project management
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization
- Confident presenter, capable of articulating ideas and project requirements convincingly
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in copy proofing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Salary: £30,000
