POST Recruitment are recruiting for a Creative Marketing Executive to join our client, a top global textiles manufacturer and distribution business located between Leeds and Bradford. As Creative Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to promote our client's diverse range of products and brands.
The Role:
- Support the Head of Marketing in delivering all agreed Marketing activities and strategy.
- Create awareness of and develop the brands and product ranges through e-marketing and over our e-commerce platforms.
- Communicate with target sectors/audiences building and developing customer relationships through events, print, social media and campaigns.
- Populate marketing plan with advertising, sponsored events, direct marketing campaigns and supporting activities.
- Review advertising opportunities and place adverts in the chosen media to support events.
- Work closely with in-house or external creatives to design/amend marketing materials such as brochures, trade stands, merchandise and adverts.
- Write and proofread engaging copy that supports the brand voice.
- Produce creative content reflecting the latest the brands have to offer.
- Run social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) to grow followers and enhance audience engagement.
- Liaise with e-marketing to drive traffic to e-commerce sites in a co-ordinated approach.
- Conduct regular audits for social media performance.
- Work with the sales team to harness event and market feedback that may influence strategy.
- Help organise events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, exhibitions and staff gatherings.
- Review and secure appropriate sponsorship opportunities.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers e.g. designers, photographers, merchandisers and printers to ensure timely, quality output at the best price.
- Organise photo shoots
- Coordinate the timely distribution of marketing materials and support those attending events.
- Maintain and update customer databases/Business Dev team with new leads.
- Maintain marketing plan folders for all content and imagery.
- Conduct market research, e.g. using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.
- Tracking performance and ROI, preparing weekly updates, monthly/quarterly figures for management reports, continually revising growth targets.
Your Experience:
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent industry with creative understanding/experience.
- Experience in a marketing/industry related role.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategy.
- Evaluating marketing output to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.
- Reporting - evaluating ROI and clear communication.
- Monitoring, awareness and reporting on competitor/sector activity.
- Leading/supporting external agencies to effectively deliver.
- Oversee a marketing budget.
