Job Summary
To support the Director, Senior Manager, and Creative Ops team in all areas of project management across Disney + marketing workstreams and creative teams. To help in delivery and tracking of the Disney + marketing make lists.
Key attributes for this role include strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to project plan and organise efficiently and strategically. The manager will be a strong team player and people manager, unflappable under pressure, able to work to tight deadlines and possess the ability to prioritise and coordinate across multiple possible conflicting objectives and deadlines.
This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week
The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
Support team in weekly/monthly workstream settings, offering the best support to the various marketing workstreams.
Oversee marketing workstream management and optimisation. End to end workflow management of Brand, Content, Performance, Customer, Partnerships, PR, Social, and Synergy workstreams.
Oversee resource planning. Work alongside and in collaboration with the Creative and Design leads to utilise available resources efficiently and for maximum impact. Co-manage the success of the projects and output of the department.
Set best practise workflows and optimise them, between Creative, Operations, and marketing at both a UK and Regional level. Also, with US global marketing.
Manage key stakeholder relationships with regional marketing workstreams, UK global marketing, DMD, DTC CS, EMEA Creative and Marketing teams, Regional legal, and Corporate Brand Management.
The Experience We Require From You:
Proven experience of managing a team
An understanding of project management and the creative and operational production process.
Highly organised with excellent ability to manage own and others time.
Pro-active can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
Strong technical expertise (experience in post-production and traffic / asset management)
Budgeting and scheduling experience
Up to date knowledge of industry body regulations (Bectu, Clearcast etc.)
Experience with DAMS and Adobe a plus

Overall, Purpose of the Role
Areas of Responsibility
Support and direct prioritisation of each direct report.
Set best practice workflows and ensure all operational workflows are supported.
Planning the project workflow from end to end at UK/Regional level.
Present project plans as required.
Provide weekly status reports on campaign timelines and key priorities.
Handle communication between stakeholders e.g., Brief Owners, Creatives and Approvers (brand/legal/compliance)
Ensure creative team is supplied with the information/content they need to execute against the brief.
Identifying potential project bottlenecks and ensuring that plan is in place to mitigate potential risks.
Provide and uphold Disney Brand guidance across all marketing workstreams.
Music clearances for Brand campaigns.
Manage project status meetings, identify roadblocks and risks, flex and adapt plans accordingly. Produce reports for key stakeholders.
Lead conversations with US stakeholders managing the creative approval process.
Manage and run weekly creative review process with key stakeholders within the business.

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required
Proven experience of managing a team
Proven experience as a Project, Production or Operations Manager, within a multi-territory production environment
An understanding of project management and the creative and operational production process.
