A exciting opportunity has arisen for an Ophthalmic Senior Scrub Nurse to work in a brand new eye hospital in Hounslow.
Role Responsibilities:
• Providing Senior Scrub experience to the day to day running of the ophthalmic theatre to ensure the safe, effective, and efficient flow of the theatre pathway
• Providing excellent care to all patients, with specific responsibility for theatres and the patient flow through the department
Qualifications:
• Registered General Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner
• NMC/ODP registration with no restrictions
Skills Required:
• Previous experience in theatre
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience and the ability to provide direction and highly visible professional leadership for all staff in the operating theatre
