In this role you will be required to lead on the delivery of a new Creative Communities project where you will engage local communities through a programme of workshops, events and exhibitions.
You will work with local groups and communities to explore community identity, build confidence and connections, engage and empower people in relation to local decision making and explore how art and creativity can support and improve mental health and wellbeing.
You will be an accomplished artist with experience of managing community based Creative Projects and building partnerships and networks built on trust and respect. Ideally, you will have an understanding of how art and creativity can support mental health and wellbeing and the communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
