- Experience working as a Project Manager / Producer in a marketing agency
- Multi-channel campaign management
- Any experience with email marketing / CRM would be beneficial
- Strong organisation and project management skills
- Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Experience working with project management tools
- Meticulous attention to detail for SOW, briefs, cost estimates, risk assessments, and timing plans
- Experience of reporting project performance to internal stakeholders
- Confident in client-facing roles and effective communication at all levels

- Project scoping, costing, planning, and specification
- Coordination of end-to-end integrated campaigns
- Leadership of project management meetings with internal and external teams
- Timely communication of issues, risks, and challenges to account leads
- Efficient allocation of creative, copy, and artworking resources
- Management of external resources and budgets for cost-effective outcomes
- Main contact for creative group resource planning and booking
- Cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Ensuring project quality and profitability
- Proactive and solution-oriented work approach
- Continuous pursuit of efficiency and service improvement
