SalaryWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer focused individual to join a very successful, growing company in the role of Customer Service / Sales Administrator.
The focus of the role is to respond to manage the end to end customer fulfilment process from enquiry to order and delivery, solving any operational issues along the way and keeping the customer informed throughout.
Responsibilities will include:
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries regarding enquiries, orders, deliveries, returns and invoices, via telephone, web chat and emails (please note this is approx 20% telephone based - the role is mainly administrative)
- Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner and within agreed time frames
- Provide pricing information, technical specifications and other product details
- Prepare quotations accurately and promptly, and follow up on quotations to convert to orders
- Process customer orders, ensuring to check that pricing and quantities are correct
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners regarding stock, orders and any issues
- Communicate proactively with customers to manage expectations, particularly in regard to delayed shipments
- Ensure all customer information is accurate and up to date in CRM system.
The successful applicant will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail. We will consider applicants from any customer service or administrative background including call centre, sales order processing etc - a customer focused attitude is key, not what industry you have experience in.
This company is offering a competitive salary of up to £30k, very good holiday allowance of 26 days plus Bank Holidays (this also rises over time), parking, pension, private medical care and life assurance. Please note this is a fully office based role, working Monday - Friday. Due to the location of the office, we are looking for candidates that are able to drive.
