Sales Administrator /Coordinator Salary : £up to £25000 plus benefitsHours : Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per weekPlus, fantastic benefits including , holiday , self-development courses , parking , pension , free refreshments .Location : Hamble Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established business who are looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join their team This position will require a good all rounder who is confident in being able to support clients and third parties on the telephone and via email whilst also completing various administrative tasks. You will support clients with various enquires as well as support an internal and external sales and account management team internally with their needs As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for :Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional assistance via phone & email.Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing customer enquiries and providing product information.Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any discrepancies.Type and send documents to clientsLiaise with third parties to manage enquiries and business needsComplete administration tasks for the sales and account management team Collaborate with various internal departments, such as Warehouse & Territory Managers, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.Handle customer complaints, concerns, and issues with patience and professionalism, where able to Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is recorded in the CRM system.Making up information packs and mailings.Assist in the preparation of sales reports, data analysis, and market researchTo complete general administrationThe ideal Sales Administrator:• Proven experience in a customer support / client liaison • Experienced and confident on the phone (both outbound and inbound) and over TEAMS• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.• Good administration skills and experience• A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.• Ability to learn new products and confidently discuss with key decision makers and customers alike.If this role sounds right for you, please contact Fran at Dynamite Recruitment.
