Top Women’s Premiership Football Club – Creative Producer

London – Perm – Up to 55K Per Year.

Our Client is looking for a Creative Producer to join their winning Women’s Football Team and support Social Media/marketing campaigns through captivating short form content which is in line with this top brands tone of voice.

The right candidate will have experience working across multi-platforms to deliver video content to a high standard (working with Premiere Pro), the ability to collaborate well as part of a team and has a real passion for, plus working knowledge of sport content production, a creative mind and experience directing video shoots. Experience working a camera is a bonus ball!

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and oversee women’s video content in collaboration with the women’s sales team.

• A focus on ideation, creativity, and leading projects – especially for social content.

• Articulate ideas and display them within a deck and treatment.

• Able to pitch ideas to stakeholders and present with confidence.

• Confidently lead production around and with players and talent.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Experience in directing video shoots.

• Good understanding of cameras and production.

• Able to edit content when needed.

• Display a keen understanding and curiosity about all areas of women’s football.

• Support Content teams across departments all relevant projects.

• Keep up to date with social trends and topics.

• Strong ability to formulate creative ideas specific to platforms.

• Strong understanding of working with brands an advantage.

• To be able to work across multiple projects at the same time and under occasional time pressures.

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring all edits are to the highest standard.

• Meeting all agreed timeframes with an organised and well-structured workflow.

• Professional approach to partner management and communication.

• Regular production of “Best in class” social video production concepts.

• Proficient at premiere pro video editing.

• Significant expertise in social video content production.

• Positive and daring attitude to football and the opportunity for growth.

• Experienced in production and direction.

• Excellent creative ideation.
