Creative Team Lead
You’ll join a creative consultancy using communication in all its forms to deliver award-winning work in the environment and sustainability sectors, as Creative Team Lead. The team builds websites, writes amazing copy, convenes events, delivers stunning design, shapes policy and much more – always providing consistent, high-quality and powerful human support to their brilliant clients.
The Creative Team is an extension of the clients’ teams and is driven by meaningful environmental work; shining a spotlight on initiatives that seek to bring about positive change for people and the planet.
Simply put, you need to be a brilliant, innovative, and brave creative soul, with first-class skills in conceptual, thought-provoking and clever, relevant design across a wide range of sectors. You also need to have a demonstrable interest in protecting our environment, and sustainability. Team management is crucial, you must have experience of leading a team but understand the creative process.
Primary focus of the role
This Creative Team Lead position covers four main areas:
Senior-level project delivery, creative output, overall team management and strategic oversight with internal reporting.
Will have oversight of all work undertaken by the Creative and Marketing Team, which will include developing creative guidelines and direction for all creative work such as advocacy campaigns, websites, print, email campaigns, infographics and more.
