Job description
We are looking for a credit administrator to join this large credit department in Private Banking, working with a small team of administrators, dealing with day–to–day tasks relating to the managing of the loan book, which is primarily secured by residential property, managed portfolios and other forms of acceptable collateral.
Duties include daily limit excess management, daily Collateral monitoring and control, systems/data maintenance within "Globus"
Management of weekly Credit Committee agenda
Management of Delegated Authority Approval process
Ongoing annual and biennial review of facilities
Instruction of property valuations and general Credit Administration
To apply you must have working knowledge of banking, credit and operational systems and ideally UK commercial residential property lending.
Demonstrated ability to apply theoretical knowledge in work context
Good communication and interpersonal skills, be self–motivated, organised and able to work under pressure without close supervision
Have a positive attitude, be flexible at work, with a can–do attitude
