Marketing Manager

Our client, who were founded in 2010 and have already created a residential development pipeline worth over 2 billion, plus are one of the capitals leading residential developers, are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their successful and expanding team.

The position

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be an integral part of the marketing team that consists of 2 x Marketing Executives, 1 x Marketing Coordinator and 1 x Marketing Assistant. Based in North West London you must be prepared to travel, as out client has live and upcoming developments in Croydon, Watford, Kingston, Hendon and Twickenham. Day to day duties will include managing up to 2 members of the existing marketing team and quality sign offs of junior employee's work (key part of role). Other duties will include assisting with the creation and deployment of marketing strategies along with effective communication with all departments with marketing initiatives and targets.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have a proven background working within a Marketing team for a property developer or principal contractor. A degree in Marketing would be desirable but not essential and someone who is used working to deadlines and strategic thinking would be preferable.
