Credit Administrator
The aims of the Credit Management Services department are:
- The provision of professional Risk Management to maximise sales whilst protecting the business from unnecessary commercial risks
- The timely collection of balances owing to the company to maximise profits and fund future sales
Credit Administrator Role Responsibilities:
- Monitor and work unassigned emails received via Teamwork Desk from internal and external customers across B2B and B2C customer base in accordance with agreed guidelines and SLA s
- Drive query resolution through close liaison with all other internal departments
- Review of/upload/download of information/files from customer/bank portals and entering or saving of information on to agreed systems or folders as per guidelines and SLA s
- Entering and saving specified text to CMS systems and files as per agreed guidelines and SLA s
- Build excellent relationships with customers and account managers
- Facilitating credit card payments from customer with no agreed credit limits
- Ad hoc duties or tasks as required
Additional Responsibilities
- Intermediate Excel skills & good working knowledge of Outlook
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- SAP competency
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
