Job Description
- To assist the Credit Manager in all collection of service charge and ground rent arrears
- Monitoring and chasing debtors
- To assist the Credit Manager with litigation cases
- Preparation of documentation and on-going legal cases
- To assist and monitor the supplying of sales packs and document supply
- To deal with Co-Sec and Sales Pack enquiries
- To deal with Leaseholder queries and establish payment plans where necessary
- To liaise with Property Managers and Account Managers with Credit Control queries
The Person
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Analytical thinker and problem solver
- High level of accuracy
