Otto James Consulting is supporting a Manchester global Fintech business with an enviable customer base. They have grown organically and by acquisition and continue to scale at pace.
They currently have a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Credit Controller to oversee their global Credit Control functions.
This is a true Cash Collection & Control position as you will be responsible for a high performance organisation within the tech sector.
Reporting into the Group FC, you will be tasked with restructuring the existing team in terms of people and process and leading the global team to excellence.

Duties include;
* Overseeing and monitoring global collections processes, ensuring accurate and timely collection
* Identifying and implementing improvements to increase efficiency, effectiveness and quality of service
* Month-end close support
* Managing the resolution of overdue invoices and related issues
* Managing, motivating and developing team members
* Being part of the Senior Finance Leadership team
The successful candidate
* Proven track record in a leadership role within Credit in a fast paced business
* Ability to manage your day remotely.
* Polished communication skills and the ability to build relationships internally and externally
