Based in Sale, this long established services based company have a rare opportunity for a Sales Ledger/Credit Controller to join their company as part of a department re-structure. Your new role

Duties and Responsibilities
Working as part of this busy vibrant finance department you will be reportable to the Financial Controller and will work alongside 1 other Sales Ledger/Credit Controller.
You will be tasked to Manage a full Sales Ledger portfolio, Credit Control and query resolve allowing full exposure and able to build customer relations.
In this varied role you will liaise with customers, deal with any queries which may arise and build solid business relations. You will be responsible for:-

• Invoicing on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in line with our invoicing procedures
• Raising credit notes for invoices
• Chasing clients for purchase orders and producing reports
• Processing internal sales orders
• Uploading invoices to customer portals
• Chase debts and query resolution in a timely manner, including investigating, logging, resolving disputes in line with company policy
• Month end procedures and ledger management
• Assist when required team colleagues

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in Sales Ledger and Credit Control
Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
Able to prioritise
Ability to work in a fast paced and busy department
Can do attitude
Enjoys being part of a team

With a generous Salary up to £27,000 dependant on experience
