Reed Accountancy are delighted to be assisting an iconic local company to recruit a full time interim (Rolling Contract) Credit Control Administrator for their busy finance team.
In your role as Credit Control & Accounts Administrator you will be based within the account’s office, taking first line incoming calls, and liaising with various intercompany departments.
You will be an excellent all-round communicator with strong customer service skills, a good telephone manner, call handling skills, and someone who is able to work as part of a team while at the same time being capable of taking full ownership of this role.
A naturally upbeat and positive personality with the ability to think quickly when responding to customer needs, you will be well organised and able to prioritize workloads, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and have strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience of SAP is preferred but not essential. AAT preferred.
Some of your main duties and responsibilities may include:
* Maintain high levels of customer service and communication with customers and colleagues.
* Ledger allocations for debtors.
* Maintaining Accurate records.
* Sending copy Invoices & Statements
*Matching PODs with invoices and filing away.
*Assigning tickets across teams relating to cash investigations/ reconciliations.
* Creating and using excel spreadsheets.
* Maintain filing systems
* General Accountancy Admin as required
* Maintaining records.
Hours: 09.00-17.30 per week.
Circa £15.00 Per Hour.
