PM1303 Our client is looking for an experienced AAT Qualified Credit Control Administrator to join their busy manufacturing team. Amazing benefits and perks! Essential Skills and Experience:
•AAT Qualified though Qualified by Experience also considered
•1-2 years experience in similar role.
•Data Analysis, pulling data from system, use of pivot tables, Vlookups formulas.
•Professional and articulate telephone manner with the skill to influence outcomes Responsibilities:
•Review bank account and allocate cash receipts to customer accounts.
•Issue monthly statements and copy invoices.
•Raising ad hoc billing invoices as required.
•Monitoring customer accounts and ensuring the collection of overdue debts.
•Customer credit checks.
•Proactively monitor and control customer credit limits.
•Produce outstanding debtors reports.
•Timely resolution of invoice queries, working and communicating with both internal and external customers to ensure that cash is collected in line with contractual requirements.
•Balance sheet reconciliations for Trade Debtors, Bad Debt, Sundry Debtors.
•Support the Finance department with other tasks as needed.
