Adecco Worcester are proudly assisting their brilliant client in looking for a bright and enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join their ever-growing team. This is a pivotal role for the department, as you will support the National Account Managers with day to day admin tasks, schedules and appointments, respond to phone and email enquiries as well as provide an outstanding service to all customers internally and externally.
Key Tasks:
- Assist in managing customer forecasts and coordinate with internal departments
- Organise important documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Complete customer and product setup forms in a timely manner
- Utilise customer portals and systems for data upload, form setup, and reporting
- Provide excellent customer support to national account clients
- Attend customer and internal meetings, including travel to external meetings
- Manage schedules and appointments for the team
- Assist in executing national account projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives and support project development
- Respond promptly to ad-hoc requests from the National Accounts team and customers
