Executive Assistant required for leading charity in Wiltshire. This client is seeking a highly experienced and seasoned candidate who has worked in the public or charitable sector, responsible for providing advice and professional executive level support to key stakeholders, Council members, CEO/Chair and Main Board. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, initially working 4 days per week in the office and 1-day remote working. The role will move to a hybrid basis, Monday to Friday with occasional travel to London to attend Board/Committee meetings every 2 months. Ideally educated to Degree level (or similar), your employment history will evidence work within corporate administration, managing continuous improvement of business processes and be able to produce highly complex and confidential management reports. There is a need to demonstrate secretarial experience gained in a regulated, compliant role. Taking responsibility for the organising and monitoring of sensitive regulations, procedures and mandatory guidelines, this role requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills. If you have worked within Risk, Auditing and Financial reporting, this would be a benefit. We are seeking a candidate to prepare and produce minutes of meetings, agendas, and subsequent actions.
As Executive Assistant, you will assist, organise, and offer advice to the Chair and Directors to ensure that business is conducted in an appropriate and time managed sense, scheduling General meetings for the AGM with the appropriate material and supporting documentation produced to the required compliant standards. You will have a professional and assertive manner, able to communicate well at all levels and ensure that your verbal and written instruction is concise, clear, and accurate at all times. Naturally, you will be confident and competent in the use of MS Office, SharePoint and Adobe, due to the complexity of written reporting, production of presentations and delivery of administration.
If you have knowledge of complex report writing, agenda planning and local Council Regulations, this would a distinct advantage. You will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and multitask, able to lead by example and manage your time with confidence.
