SalaryRole: Credit Control Data Administrator 6month FTC
Location: Whiteley, Fareham
Competitive Salary: £22,000- £24,000 Per Annum
Fantastic Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00
The task at hand: As a Credit Control Data Administrator, you will provide administrative support for the Credit Control legal team which will involve entering data into the legal system, processing through to court, obtaining all contracts and backing paperwork, dealing with defences and putting court packs together. You will also be responsible for tracing customers. obtaining and sending copies of invoices, and maintaining a spreadsheet for the legal system.
You'll be great in this role if you have:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to work on multiple systems and proficient in Excel
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience supporting finance transactions teams (this is an advantage, not an essential)
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks
- Ability to work well within a team
- Problem solving skills
- Adaptability and initiative
What you’ll be busy doing:
- Obtaining contracts
- Run reports and updating spreadsheets
- Ensure correct and accurate information on customer accounts is always maintained
- Enter information collected into Delta (Legal) system
- Request for judgment when cases ready
- Deal with any court defences
- Answer customer emails
- Send information to the debt collectors after Judgement has been obtained
- Attend weekly Credit Control meetings to discuss collection progress
