Join our vibrant team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of our business. You'll be responsible for managing the Credit Control cycle, chasing payments, and nurturing positive customer connections.
What you'll be doing:
- Proactive managment of assigned ledger
- Proactively chase overdue payments via phone, email, and written communication.
- Negotiate payment plans and amicably resolve any customer disputes.
- Maintain comprehensive records and generate insightful reports.
- Monitor credit limits and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Contribute to shaping and implementing effective Credit Control policies.
We're searching for a candidate who possesses:
- Minimum of 1 year's Credit Control experience.
- Deep understanding of Credit Control principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling tasks independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges effectively.
- A knack for prioritising efficiently and meeting deadlines consistently.
