Description
- Leading and managing the Credit Control team in Hertford.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Implementing strategies to improve Credit Control procedures.
- Ensuring the timely collection of payments.
- Overseeing the resolution of billing queries.
- Preparing and presenting reports on Credit Control performance.
