Credit Control Manager

Description

• Leading and managing the Credit Control team in Hertford.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Implementing strategies to improve Credit Control procedures.
• Ensuring the timely collection of payments.
• Overseeing the resolution of billing queries.
• Preparing and presenting reports on Credit Control performance.
• Training and mentoring members of the Credit Control team.
• Contributing to the overall goals of the accounting and finance department.

Profile

A successful Credit Control Manager should have:

• Proven experience in a Credit Control environment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and Credit Control procedures.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A detail-oriented approach with high levels of accuracy.
