Credit Control Manager

KennedyPearce are currently hiring a Credit Control Manager for one of the best plant-based FMCG companies in London. This newly created position will be a stand-alone role working alongside the sales and Finance teams. The purpose of this role is to improve relationships with clients and chase debts. The Credit Control Manager's responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day overseeing of the Credit Control function
• Calling and emailing clients which include supermarkets, restaurants and family run businesses
• Set up credit limits for clients and work closely with the sales teams
• Lead an effective in-house debt recovery service
• Manage senior queries and call escalations Manage, set and deliver appropriate performance targets

The idea candidate:

• An experienced Credit Controller/ accounts receivable Manager
• Able to travel into London
• Ideally FMCG or Retail experience
