We are seeking a dynamic Credit Control Supervisor to lead a small Credit Team, taking charge of team performance, ensuring top-notch service, and consistently achieving collections targets across an SME portfolio.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Experience: Seasoned Credit Controller with a proven track record in the full Credit Control cycle, emphasising success in aged debt reduction and achieving monthly collections targets.
Leadership Skills: The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, confident communicator, adept at coaching and supporting a team of collections executives to surpass their targets.
Problem Resolution: Possess experience in managing escalated or complex customer queries to ensure effective resolutions.
