Description
The key duties for the Credit Control Supervisor are:
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Credit Control team.
- Ensuring the timely collection of all debts from customers.
- Managing a large team and holding KPI/ one to one / group meetings
- Implementing and maintaining robust Credit Control policies and procedures.
- Reporting on outstanding obligations to the senior management team.
- Identifying and resolving any discrepancies in payments.
- Collaborating with the sales team to negotiate repayment plans.
- Conducting credit checks on potential customers.
- Providing training and support to the Credit Control team.
- Ad hoc duties
Profile
A successful Credit Control Supervisor should have:
- Experience in a similar role, including management/ supervisor experience
- Exceptional communication skills
