Description

The key duties for the Credit Control Supervisor are:

• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Credit Control team.
• Ensuring the timely collection of all debts from customers.
• Managing a large team and holding KPI/ one to one / group meetings
• Implementing and maintaining robust Credit Control policies and procedures.
• Reporting on outstanding obligations to the senior management team.
• Identifying and resolving any discrepancies in payments.
• Collaborating with the sales team to negotiate repayment plans.
• Conducting credit checks on potential customers.
• Providing training and support to the Credit Control team.
• Ad hoc duties

Profile

A successful Credit Control Supervisor should have:

• Experience in a similar role, including management/ supervisor experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ambitious
• Experience with process improvement/ implementation
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Excel
