Description

The key responsibilities of the Credit Control Supervisor include:

• Overseeing the Accounts Receivable team and ensuring the smooth running of operations.
• Implementing and maintaining processes within the Accounting & Finance department.
• Leading from the front driving the companies AI initiatives
• Regularly reviewing team performance and providing feedback.
• Ensuring all financial targets are met.
• Working closely with other departmental heads to ensure financial accuracy.
• Developing strategies to improve the efficiency of the Accounts Receivable team.
• Providing training and support to team members.
• Addressing and resolving any issues within the Accounts Receivable team.

Profile

A successful Credit Control Supervisor should have:
