Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 6 direct reports within the Credit Control team supporting them with their roles and ledgers
- Carrying out monthly ledger reviews with each team member
- Highest point of escalation for any issues
- Ensuring the cash forecast is up to date
- Managing a small ledger
- Setting up new accounts and managing the credit limit on these
- Responsible for debt mitigation within the business
Profile
Successful candidate will possess:
- Worked in a similar role before
- Experience of team management
- Ability to support other team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solver
Job Offer
Salary up to £36,000 per annum + 25 days holiday (banks on top) + free on site parking + Work from home + pension.
