Summary

Job Title:Credit Controller
Contract Type: Permanent
Package: Circa £28,000 + Bonus & Private Medical
Location: Melton Mowbray

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of credit control processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing and invoicing.
• Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
• Communicate with clients, both internally and externally, to resolve queries and address concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve credit control procedures and efficiency.
• Proactively identify potential credit risks and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate them.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in credit control or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in using Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and positive approach to work.
