Summary
Job Title:Credit Controller
Contract Type: Permanent
Package: Circa £28,000 + Bonus & Private Medical
Location: Melton Mowbray
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of credit control processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing and invoicing.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
- Communicate with clients, both internally and externally, to resolve queries and address concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve credit control procedures and efficiency.
- Proactively identify potential credit risks and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate them.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in credit control or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in using Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and positive approach to work.
