The Role
The main purpose of this role is to manage the customers and their accounts ensuring timely and effective collection of debt and escalation where necessary.
As the Credit Controller, you will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:
- Communicating clearly to customers and to key contacts by phone and email
- Ensuring all correspondence is checked for accuracy and is branded appropriately
- Liaising with key internal stakeholders and customers where required
- Managing a portfolio of accounts
- Reporting on Debt performance and issues to management
- Producing debtor reports for portfolio’s
- Handling customer account reconciliations
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration skills and ability to manage data
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of numeracy and accuracy
- Credit Control experience is desirable
