Credit Controller to join the business on a part-time basis. You will join a busy department made up of five people. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company, with a lovely team environment. There is also free parking on-site.
Responsibilities of the part-time Credit Controller:" Main duties will be chasing outstanding debts." Confirming balances by telephone/email." Posting customer receipts onto Sage 200." Sorting customer queries by answering incoming telephone calls and checking customers credit reports.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Updating excel debtor reports to send to wider business.
- Working with Credit Manager to ensure monthly cash collection targets are reached.
- General admin work for the department.
Requirements for the part-time Credit Controller:- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Credit Control/ Accounts Assistant position.
- Excellent Computer skills is a must, along with Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Sage 200 training will be given.
- Must have an excellent telephone manner.
- Able to communicate with staff at all levels of the business.
- Enthusiastic team-player but can also work independently using own initiative.
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective decision maker skills whilst under pressure.
