Credit Controller/Accounts AssistantPart-timeGBP24,000 - GBP25,000 (depending on experience)Rowley Regis, fully office-basedOur client in the Rowley Regis area are looking for a permanent Credit Controller to join the business on a part-time basis. You will join a busy department made up of five people. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company, with a lovely team environment. There is also free parking on-site.Responsibilities of the part-time Credit Controller:" Main duties will be chasing outstanding debts." Confirming balances by telephone/email." Posting customer receipts onto Sage 200." Sorting customer queries by answering incoming telephone calls and checking customers credit reports.

• Maintaining accurate records.
• Updating excel debtor reports to send to wider business.
• Working with Credit Manager to ensure monthly cash collection targets are reached.
• General admin work for the department.

Requirements for the part-time Credit Controller:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Credit Control/ Accounts Assistant position.
• Excellent Computer skills is a must, along with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Sage 200 training will be given.
• Must have an excellent telephone manner.
• Able to communicate with staff at all levels of the business.
• Enthusiastic team-player but can also work independently using own initiative.
• Strong communication skills.
• Effective decision maker skills whilst under pressure.
