Credit Controller

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are currently recruiting for an immediate start for a Credit Controller to work for our well known client in the Blackburn area.

For this role you will have responsibility for and have previous experience with:

Managing all aspects of BACS, transfers and cheque receipts.

Managing of essential payroll documents such as: commission spread-sheets, stop list, EEC sales list, credit check scores, and customer information.

Ensure accuracy of customer transactions information and credit notes, invoices and terms of payment documentation as required.

Liaise with the Quality Department to arrange and conduct meetings regarding credit notes, queries and query matters, long-term debts, returns and invoices.

Chase debts owed to the company, create and post notice letters and ensure that all communications with customers are appropriate.

Generate reports and communicate the findings to stakeholders: credit note analysis, daily cash report and monthly cash control.

Review sales debt ledger and manage overdue accounts, queries, right-offs, credit limits and maintain the stop list in accordance with company policy.

Raise any concerns or recommendations for improvement with the Accounts Office Supervisor and update Sales Ledger Procedures accordingly.

Provide support to the other roles within the Finance Department by assisting with purchasing ledger duties.

Undertake training essential to the role and adhere to all relevant Health and Safety, litigation, company policies and legal aspects regarding debt collection

For this Credit Controller the company are paying GBP14.99 per hour and the hours of work are Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00. This is currently a temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Immediate starts are available.
