Our client is a leading business based in the Canterbury area who is seeking an experienced Credit Control to join their Credit Control team. You will be an integral part of the team, supporting with the day to day debt collection in the business, this will be a busy and varied role and may include:

• Management of your own portfolio of clients
• Chasing client via telephone and email, building solid client relationships and providing an excellent service
• Direct debit management
• Daily cash receipt
• Dealing with customer queries
• Invoice management
• Other duties to support the team as required

This is an exciting role and ideally we are looking for someone with:

• Prior experience in a similar Credit Control position
• Excellent communication skills as well as a professional and confident telephone manner
• A forward-thinking attitude with the ability to manage your own workload
• Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
