SalaryWe are excited to be representing a leading client based in Berwick-upon-Tweed are looking for a part-time Credit Controller to join them on a permanent basis.
The role will be over 20 hours per week with flexibility on this for the right person. Salaries up to GBP32,000 FTE will be considered, pro rata to the part-time hours.

As Credit Controller for our businesses you will have the following responsibilities:
- Chasing overdue payments and managing collections.
- Negotiating payment arrangements with clients.
- Communicating with clients regarding credit issues.
- Identifying and addressing credit risks.
- Reporting on credit control activities and performance.
- Collaborating with the finance teams to resolve credit issues.
- Ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulations.
The Person:
We are looking for someone with:
- experience in Credit Control (Preferably Consumer and/or individuals)
- commitment to maintaining the highest standards
- progressive thinking
- strong eye for detail and organisation
- excellent communication, service and interpersonal skills
- competence in Microsoft Office/Excel.
